Our most exciting partnership is with the Lancaster County Public Schools.
We believe that a strong school system is essential to attracting the very
best business and industry to our area.
Therefore, this chamber proactively promotes organizations within the community
that mentor our youth.
As you explore the many partnership we have chosen to align with, we hope
you will become active in strengthening these alliances and supporting these
academic and mentoring programs.
It has been a joy to work with the Lancaster High School Key Club. They have found
involvement with other partners in some of our strategic community alliances:
They supported the Santa's workshop put on by the White Stone Business Association
They provided manpower for our Rivahfest, Scottish Days, and Christmas Parade events.
They have brought a wonderful local Community Leadership Program to the community
with our partners.
We are actively mentoring them as they build our web site. We are teaching
server side programming and site development.
They are working to develop our EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH program
They are working with several businesses to learn how to promote and market

Lastly, the chamber wishes to deeply express its appreciation to Madison Fountain and his
business,
RiverNet
. Madison has been very supportive of the students of Lancaster
High School in his cooperation with this technology mentoring program and in his
encouragement of student internet and technology learning.
RiverNet is a wonderful part
of our local chamber and local community. His concern and contributions have greatly
benefitted our community and the efforts of the chamber's partners and fellow businesses.
Partnership greatly increase the impact of any organization's programming, and each
partner in the community is vital to success.
