Lancaster County Public Schools Bands

The Kilmarnock Chamber is very supportive of the county's public schools. During Scottish Days, the county middle school and high school bands collected monies in one of their largest fund raisers of the year. They formed a second parade during Scottish Day and marched in for major concert sessions in the municipal parking lots. This gave the LHS band flag team an opportunity to demonstrate their new routines crafted by a recent addition to the faculty staff, Mr. Jim Colpa. The chamber later presented a financial contribution from their treasury to the band programs.
